Great Crosby & The Community

At Great Crosby, our links with both the local and wider community are very important to us.  Our aim is for the school to be at the heart of the community and work in partnership to benefit all.  We aim for all of our children to understand their place in both the local and wider community.  This page provides a taster of some of our community links.  We hope you enjoy reading it!

Go Givers Citizenship Group

The Go Givers Citizenship Group has expanded greatly this year and they have been interviewing teachers and pupils throughout the school to find out all the good things going on in our school and local community.

The group meet once a week during lunchtime and are organised into groups to find out about school and community matters. They are very impressed by all the great news they hear when they talk to members of the school and local community.

We hope you enjoy reading about each of the groups' good news. It makes a refreshing change from all the sad news we often hear.
